In addition to our General Conditions for the supply and erection the following condition concerning invoicing applies:

Transmission of invoices:

Alternatively to the issuing and transmission of invoices in hard copy, the purchaser agrees to the electronic issuing and legally effective transmission of invoices, e.g. via e-mail with data enclosure. An invoice transmited from standard telefax to standard telefax is considered as hard copy.
